you should write cover letter to the company HR Manager
Cover letter helps you first impression of the job seeker. some times it may give you golden oppurtunity.
In cover letter begins with TO THE HR MANAGER ,COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY, LAstly RESPECTED SIR dont use here dear sir or dear madam.

How to write a resume

Resume : ofcourse its also reffered as curriculam vaite.
resume means total biography of thier who is applying for jobs.resume needs your name and resume decide your character and how you are good in subject.its a important thing for employees and job seekers.

resume contains Name ,Qualification,Address,Achievements,Goals,Career objective,Skills,experience,motivations,projects done by their college or employment,Status,Strenghts,Habbits,And main important thing is Date of birth,place of birth,languages, Awards,Extra curricular activities,Roles and responsibilities,Mailing address.
at last declaration and yours sign in must..
TIPS FOR RESUME:

the thing is your resume font and sine should be 12 inches.
i find so many people make mistakes in choosing resume with correct font size.
And proper reason alignment to text,aviod these mistakes use a good font style .
Mention your Percentage and college name, year of gradution,Grades this will show how you depth about your Education
Mention last degree to first degree in order wise.
Important thing your Email ID and your phone number should be visible for first sight only.
Dont write any thing second time in the resume.
Career objective is very important thing it shows how you are delivering your things to world without mistakes.
your resume will be all most of all try to be innovative looks.
Dont apply multi companies on single email id .
Your resume should be in only two pages of enough matter ,Dont use three pages and like four pages.
You need to keep One main project and one mini project of your interest,Dont keep five or six projects in your resume.
Dont give your passport number and your parents number in resume.it is not good thing if you give your passport number some one may blame you surely.

Your awards in schooling or graduation or your sports field.
Your personal information FIRST your fathers name,your date of birth,your prermanent address,nationality,marriage status, Languages known,Hobbies,Strenghts.
Declaration
left side Place and date Right side your signature.
IMPORTANT THING you need to sign and mention date of applying any post its mandatory with out sign companies wont allow you if you clear written test and technical round and HR round also.
